I have a line on a blower for my 1999 f150 4x4 now the guy was gonna put it on his 2002 f150 harley truck. Now my question is would that truck have a 3 valve head or a 2 valve like my truck and if its a 3 valve does that mean it wont fit? And what all is needed with installing a supercharger. A buddy of mine will do it but i figured i would ask on here because i think someone who has one on there truck might chime in.

If it was gonna be used on a 2002 it will fit your truck fine as long as you have all required parts to go with it.

 

I am pretty sure that all the Harley F150's from '02-'03 came with a supercharger from the factory. Previous years they were not supercharged. Maybe they are telling you they will put it in their truck to make it worth more, selling! Check the index of parts, to make sure it's all there.

 

Anyone have pics of a 2 valve heads ports vs a 3 valve heads ports cause the ports on the blower should match right? If anyone has pics or knows where there is pics that would be great

 

Only the 02-03 Supercrews were supercharged. You need tofind out if this is a eaton setup or something like a procharger or vortech. If its a stock eaton you'll need more than just the supercharger itself.

 

Yes very few rite you will need more than the super that's what its best to have a donor truck lol or just buy a harley f150 or a lightning

 

I wouldn't bother trying to supercharge the stock engine... You'd be asking for big problems... Instead pull a Harley or lightning motor to swap in... Or better yet get a forged stroker kit and rebuild yours then you'd be ready for forced induction and nitrous with crazy HP
