Just add 2.5" to the diameter and turn your wheels for clearance. You'll have to figure for additional width as well.

315s r 34.6" but they said I'll need ta regear to 4.56 to run em

You should be okay for a little while without regearing if you don't tow a lot. You could run 35s until you get the money saved up to regear
