I'm going to begin tackling this tonight. My amp is a 760watt pioneer which I will run 2 subs off of. I picked up a wiring kit earlier so we'll see how this goes. My first attempt here at hooking up subs/amps.

once you do it an make sure it's hooked up right you wont be believe how easy it is. just tedious an takes a little time.

Yeah i got it all finished up. Time consuming, but very simple. I will post pictures eventually when I can find my camera.

Also I forgot to mention to make sure the RMS rating on the amp matches the RMS rating on the amplifier. If it doesn't, you'll destroy your subs from too much power. Good Luck!

I bought it all as a package from someone who had been using it for awhile so i'm not too concerned about this. Assuming you meant RMS rating on the subs matches the RMS rating on the amp.

time consuming is right! haha but once you do it the first time anymore you do after that will be a breeze!
my 1st time: 2 hours
2nd time: 30 min
3rd time: 15 min
& each time i did it i had to rewire half of it because of the upgrade i was doing. wether it be subs, amp, or both

Half of the time it took was finding tools and parts lol.

Anybody know the easiest way to lift the backseat? I know there are kits made for it but they're more than i'm willing to spend and I only need about an inch and a half anyways. I tried searching but I wasn't really able to find a how-to or anything on it. It is a 2000 extended cab with the split 60/40 backseat.
