Get it back and bring it to me, I'll swap em out in about 6hrs without worrying about getting a little dirt in my hands haha...

Check your receipt, sounds like there might be a charge on there for soap to wash their grimy money grubbing paws...

Man I'd walk in there like I own the place and cuss that A****** out. Then when you're done you can tell him that's his additional clean up payment. Then I'd take my truck and loudly inform him that I'll NEVER be back there unless something breaks, and that I will tell everyone I know he is a greedy lying price changing piece of crap! If someone said that to me in my shop I'd s**t a brick and do something for free! But then again, I'd never do something as sorry as that guy did. How unprofessional. A DIRT FEE? You wash it before you put it on the lift. I wash every car before I paint it. Is there an extra fee for cleaning it? H*** no!

Sounds to me like that $50 is covering shipping and a part return fee that that guy more than likely screwed up when ordering, not the vendor. I'd say **** on that dirt bag and get it fixed else where from now on. Where you at and what's the name of this guy's business?

Oh, and inform this douche bag that he and his business are being reported to the BBB, screw that guy.
