Default Stupid question

I know this will be stupid, but I have only owned this truck for a few months. My question: when I open the doors is there lights in the foot wells? I do not have lights in either. if so, probably just bulbs and will switch to led. Just wondering

There are lights in the doors that aluminate the ground partially.

I recognize the lights in the door arm rest corners and of course the dome lights, just wondering if there are lights say to illuminate the gas and brake pedals. I ask because i saw it on another thread where a guy updated to led and started wondering if there are oem lights there. I will crawl under there and see sometime

No stock lights there. You can add them if you want to by running some wires and lights and taping into the door light control (I want to say it is a pink wire in the pass side kick panel?).

If you are going to use under dash power, look at the radio plug for the blue wire. That is a courtesy light system. You can also use the one in the ash tray or the one for the power accessory plug light. Ford usually uses basically the Blue wire in most of their vehicles as the courtesy light wiring, so it keeps it simple when you look for a lighting source. Hope that helps a bit.
