Stumped
Ok little back story
I bought my truck with the dreaded p0174 and 171 fixed the pcv hose and then drove it for 2 years now I have bank 2 sensor 2 on the computer changed the O2 sensor. Went till the O2 sensor came active through computer and now it's still coming on I changed out some vacuum hoses on the egr feed back and did the same
I have worked on cars and truck have a associates in heavy diesel truck and this is kicking me butt I can diagnose a big truck but apparently not this truck any help.

Have you cleaned the MAF and changed your Air Filter? Also, have you changed your fuel filter within the past 30,000 miles? I also trust that you have changed the PCV valve. If your vacuum lines are good, it could be something as simple as this.

The cat is reading on on the right levels an i changed the fuel filter about 500 miles ago and I switch maf with one of my buddies and the same thing unless the cat is done but it don't rattle or shake or lack of power
Sorry that it is not something easy. I guess now that I would recommend doing a vacuum test. Since you have both sides of your engine throwing a code, the good news is that it is most likely not something internal like a bad valve. I am thinking that more likely it is a leak in the intake manifold. Not the easiest repair but better than taking apart the engine. I would certainly focus on determining if you have a vacuum leak down stream from the MAF.
