Stumbling when running but no codes
I thought if the truck was stumbling and running rough that I would see at least one code but there is none. It seems to idle fine but stumbles under acceleration most times. I would rather not replace parts without knowing which is bad but it sound like plugs or coils to me.

I've had a coil pack slowly deteriorate and cause the same symptoms you described. It took a while before it threw a code. Unplug 1 coil at a time until you notice no difference in how it runs. That's your bad one.
Also if it only stumbles under acceleration i would buy one coil. Replace one and see if there's a change. If there is you're good. If not, put the old one back in and put the new coil in a different cylinder. Keep doing this until you're problems solved. If the issue continues I would change all the plugs. It may be time for a tuneup anyway so it wouldn't really be a waste of money replacing all the plugs if none of the coils are bad.

+1 on it being a bad coil. Keep driving the truck until it eventually throws a code, it will sooner than later. If the coils haven't been replaced in awhile (or at all), I'd replace the whole set rather than just the faulty one. You can find a complete set for cheap on Ebay.
