Strange occurrence A/C and Miss
Today I decided to take the truck in for a diagnostics. Considering all of the above they are saying they found that the PCM is not sending the correct signal to the #5 injector. I still question this because it runs fine and then suddenly boom its starts missing and chugging. Now considering this seems to be based off of under hood temperature... maybe the computer is getting hot... again kind of a stretch but them stating it was #5 would be a strange coincidence.
They are trying to charge me 2.3K for this... .1.7k just for the PCM. feels at least 300% marked up. I was expecting 3 to 5 hundred for the PCM and 1 hour labor.
I will let you know how it turns out.

SOLVED
It turns out it was the PCM. I purchased a new one from https://www.fs1inc.com/ for a little over $200, took a week to get here. Pulled my old one out and installed this one. I had my laptop setup with FORScan and purchased the adapter so that I could reprogram the keys. I could not get the adapter to read due to other challenges so had a locksmith come out who was able to get it done.
ABRACADABRA it is running smoothly, ran for most of the day today with A/C blasting in 106+ degree weather... no issues.
Sounds like the signal to the injectors were a bit off, and when it got hot or had the extra load of the A/C it caused the PCM to stumble.
