I am still trying to purchase spray paint for my 2000 F150 which was a fleet vechicle.

I posted to this forum 6/18, but no useful replies. The paint code is W8866. I sent an email to Ford's Customer Service and I received a non-answer! I was directed to Ford's 2007-2009 F150 paint colors (!) as well as contacting my local Ford dealer. My Ford dealer didn't have any record of W8866 and told me to contact Ford.

I simply can't believe I'm the only one on this planet with this unique color.

I found a web site that sell auto paint, and they listed two paint codes that appear to be close to my color: Deep Wedgewood Blue - KQ/M6911 and LL/M6910. But I don't want to waste money if the paint doesn't match.

i don't think ive ever seen one that color..... i could be wrong tho. but i like it

 

I'm mobile so the pic may not be displaying correctly but I've never seen that blue on any 97+ ford

its almost like a old school ford blue. i like it!

 

Back home on my PC and still don't know that color. If that's a factory color (I doubt it) and you have the '99 royal blue interior (super rare, I've only seen one truck with it and it was being parted out) to match then you have a downright collector's truck my friend.
