I'm hoping that fixes it for you. I know when I went house special it still wouldn't idle for crap.

would it cause mileage to be low bc a 16 mile drive costed me 10$ even today, at 2.65$ a gallon

Did you put the stock exhaust back on with all 4 O2 sensors?
yeah,yeah, ive heard, it only needs 2- thats why the factory engineers put 4 on it, right...

So i took the IAC valve off today to go return it, and noticed it was really wet inside, didnt drip or anything, was just soaked in fluid, im no expert but i dont think thats supposed to happen, is it because the iac is not motorcraft or is there another issue

i couldnt tell, maybe fuel or water, idk what it could be, didnt have a smell to me

no smell water I’d think- fuel is pretty potent of a whiff
