Pcm controls the idle, 625 rpm i think.

Sure gauge isnt bad?

What rpm does scantool show

500, it shakes the idle is too low

thats what i was thinking, i just bought ANOTHER new iac and pcv valve and the elbow for it, and the stalling stoppped, but when i stop it still attempts to stall, the idle will go really low but it wont completely die, ive checked every hose i can think of, sprayed soapy water, idk what it is

Do you have codes? Or a code reader that reads Mode 6/Live data?

not sure if it reads mode 6, it shows fuel trims and stuff, but no codes right now

Fuel trims can help a lot with what you are experiencing. I agree with JP... and also include the connection to the back of the throttle body (pcv hose elbow).

it fits good, and i have a new pcv valve and the hose that comes off the pcv valve to the plastic one

ok, what about where the plastic one goes into another elbow on the rear of the throttle body?
