well i was cleaning the inside of my truck and were the fuel pump reset is located the pannel says susp adjust wat does this mean

 

my bad it says air susp

I thought only the navigators had air suspension so maybe it's a piece of interior from a navi

 

I have seen them only in the Scab's. Scabs for some odd reason share alot of parts in the dash with the expedition. In the early Expeditions thats where the air ride control was at. Later in production they put in the rear.

 

my truck is all original but does this control the rear

 

No. No 10th generation F150 came with air ride. Its was just pieces used for the expedition from the factory. My truck has it too.
