Default Steering Stabilizers?

I've seen many posts about lifts, but not heard so much about steering stabilizers. I did the 5" Rough Country Suspension lift and it gave me about 4.5" of lift. I'm having a 3" body lift (no hate) put on Friday and will be running 37's, so I'll have a total lift of about 9.5" with 37" tires. My question is, would a steering stabilizer be a good idea? What are both the pros and cons? I read about the Rough Country one and it said it also makes it easier on ball joints and steering components. Is this indeed true? I may get one anyways as they are only $50, but just wanted some input first.

I personally won't run one because IMO they don't help much, they just mask the problems.

Takes a lot of road vibration out of the steering wheel. I think they are worth it as long as your not using it to "solve" other issues
