Default steering stabilizer?

Anyone here run one on a stock height truck? I need to replace my idler arm and I got to thinking a steering stabilizer might help take some of the stress off of the idler especially when driving around on the rocky Mountain roads around here. I ordered a rancho one but just looking for opinions.

I've had one on my truck for 3 years now. Hands down one of the best things I've ever done to the truck for drive ability. Took a large amount of bump steer out while on the highway and rough roads. Buy it, money well spent.

Oh and make sure you are buying Motorcraft or Moog idlers, they last longer.
