97 4.6 its always started 1st time in the last 6 months of ownership .
over the last 3 days its started playing up
take 3 to 4 turns of key before it finally catches then for 1st few prods of throttle tries to stall.
then drives perfect and starts 1st turn of key from that point on till left overnight

ive cleared the codes and will recheck after next cold start

any ideas will be appreciated .
was fully service 4 months ago inc all filters oil and plugs

 

Fuel filter a bit clogged? Fuel pump valve getting weak? The pump has a valve that will sometimes stick and not close immediately. Just something for you to check.

Did you ever get your new wheels?

 

ive got a new filter I can try that.. is the pump strippable or is it just replace.
obviously locating one in the uk wont be easy.
its perfect when running..just starting

cant find any wheels to fit uk side.. so stuck for now.. only can find 6 stud ones.
