Default Starting Problem

This is my first post as you can see. I've used the search function, but didn't see a post fitting my problem. When I turn the ignition on, there's a single click. No repetitive clicks, just a single click. All the electronics come on. I've taken the truck to the repair shop three times and they can't re-create the problem. It turned on every time with them. I bought a new battery, the repair guys have checked the starter, alternator, ignition, solenoid and everything checks out. The truck appears to have a mind of it's own turning on at will. I realize electrical issues such as this is a hit and miss situation. Any suggestions?

Probably the ignition switch in the dash. It has moving parts in it that can wear out.
