Well, tests are inconclusive as I couldnt get any no-starts since the day the trouble manifested itself. That day and the preceding ones were extremely cold (like -30*C), I dont know how or if it couldve affected something like frozen condensation in the starter or solenoid that may have dilated.

tl;dr : Truck starts with starter at full speed on the first try
