Humming, and no previous grinding, did have starting problem due to fuel filter problem (fixed)
During testing watched the shaft kick out and return

No grinding sounds, just humming

What I am saying is the starter may spin and the drive my jump out on the bench test but that does not mean it will be strong enough to turn flywheel. JMO
