Default Started to fix something, then this?

I have no clue, I lost the snap ring while replacing the fuel pressure regulator, so I was going to reconnect the battery so I could roll up the windows and deal with it later but this happened:
I have no clue what to do or why the hell this is happening, haven't done any electrical work for a while and this hasn't happened till today.

Pull the starter relay. Should keep it from starting while you connect the battery.

no idea what's causing it though.

Yeah, It stopped turning over after I reconnected it to test something, I'll disconnect it and roll up the windows, besides that I'm still lost

What are all of those loose wires hanging all over the engine bay?

Just some horns/siren/ a light bar, and the fan, completely different system, all controlled by switches that I disabled for now
