Yes, the upper ball joints come with a completely new UCA. I have had great luck with Moog. I have purchase them from rockauto.com and Amazon. I normally got to rockauto.com for the part number then search Amazon to see if it's cheaper there.

I can't comment on price cause i do all my own work.
