Default Stalling and power loss

So this is my 2nd post on here, I drive a 97 F150, and just today it started to shut off randomly at red lights, then I noticed that going at around 47 to 55, or once it went into 4th gear, it would loose power, would kinda accelerate but not like it's supposed to, any help?

You can still plug in a code reader and see if you have any codes

Have to agree with everyone suggesting a scanner. That said I had the stall at red lights problem and had to replace the EGR vacuum solenoid. Exactly what the scanner led me to.

I did, but the only code other than the EGR system(I removed the whole EGR system) was P0500 speed sensor, but I don't know if it's the one behind the transfer case or the one on the rear axle

Why are you here with your questions? You obviously are far more advanced and experienced for any the help you can get here. I'm wondering if we shouldn't be trying to get your autograph?
