Default Stalling

I have a 1997 Ford F150 with a 4.6 Liter Triton. I changed the plugs to Autolite 104 and a new set of Duralast plug wires from auto zone. The truck on the road runs great. I hear a little ignition ping but every time i come to a stop the truck stalls. Any suggestions.??

Did it stall before you changed the plugs and wires? If it did I would say you have a IAC [idle air controller] problem.

I have to agree. If it was not stalling before need to check for a vacuum leak too. Make sure the idle air controller was not unplugged. Its right there on the throttle body.
