dont waste the money... if you want stacks upgrade to a diesel... they are just dumb on a half ton... and only some pickup trucks can even pull them off... Stacks are pretty pricey... I think the hood stack idea would be cool though... throw some rain flaps on and call it good...

What about the little red xpress from dodge I think. It had stacks. Lol and it was gas not trying to start anything just saying I've thought about putting side pipes on mine lol if ya like go for it. It all comes done to what ya like. Dont matter what others think it what u think in the long run. To each is own. I do agree if ya do it make it functional IMO.

If they are functional and dual, I like them on pickups.
If you are going to do it, do it right.
So here is the proof they are bad ******.
I am thinking about them myself.
I don't care what type of truck this is, they are baaaaad to the bone.
And remember, if you have a setup like this, some roaming "gang" of pickup truck police is going to find you and give you s**t for having stacks. LMAO
I saw a GMC GASOLINE truck with stacks the other day (which got me thinking about them) and people were looking alright, but not to give the guy s**t, they were green with envy.

No. Dont. If you want something a little different and bad***, dual 4" angle cut tips coming out at a 45* angle in front of the rear wheel will look orgasmic on that truck

Super sick ride, man! What about your toolbox? Would you just get rid of it?

How would you run the stacks, have like a true dual setup or run into one then y back off, i was thinkin take cats off and throw on a nice soundin muffler or something and just running two pipes back

What I do for most guys is after the cats is the stock y pipe..I run single 3" pipe to the bottom of the bed then drill a hole in the bed for the pipe and go up through. Then a Y in the box going dual into what ever size you choose. The reason I do it this way is it keeps you from drilling 2 holes in the bed of your truck and gives you some back pressure so you don't loose a lot of bottom end torque!
