Default squealers

i replaced my brake pads about six months ago(not ceramic) and there wasn't any squeaking. it rode like crap so i put new rotors on it (old ones were too thin to turn) and now it squeaks like crazy. when i press them to make my first stop, its not too bad. after that it sounds like the squealers are rubbing. do they have to be adjusted when the rotors are replaced and if so how? i would like to fix this very soon, bc it sucks to have a slick shiny truck riding around a big group of people and then having this awful noise kill it lol.

I'd say clean everything up with brake cleaner, dont be afraid to go overboard with it. And make sure your pistons are backing off proper. My buddy had this issue on his 97 f150 and we ended up replacing both calipers to fix the issue
