Default Squeaky suspension

I think I've narrowed it down to my lower control arms and rear leaf spring bushings. When I rock the truck up and down there is an awful squeak, vibrations feel like they're coming from the lca bushings and I really can't tell about the rear leafs. I replaced upper control arms, lower ball joints, and wheel bearings last year. How hard is it replacing the lca bushings? Or could I spray some lube up in them to make em quit? All I could find was people who replaced the whole arm itself. Got a 2001 4x4 5.4 btw.

Shocks and sway bar bushings/end links installed, still squeaking. My tie rods are fairly worn, could be that I guess. How hard is it to do the LCA bushings on the 4x4? The only problem I’d see is the torsion bars.
