Does anyone know what would cause my fan to squeak? Are there bearings on it?

 

For anyone wondering I found out its the fan clutch going bad.-Zach

 

They usually bind, so the fan's always turning, even at high speeds. Check your belt tensioners as well - I had one that squealed like that - and I thought it was either the AC clutch or the fan clutch. Tensioner was a lot cheaper!

 

Well I know its the fan because when the trucks not running and you turn the fan by hand its squeaks.
