every time i go over a speed bump theres a squeakin noise comin from the front. kinda sounds like a sqeaky bed. ball joints or worn shocks?

 

Most likely ball joints.

 

I had this same problem! They were those little bushings going to the frame and the front end. I did all of them. Ad then I tightened my breaks and got my ball joints done as well bushings are really simple and not expensive hope that helped

 

Now before you start replacing bushing and what not. Take a flat head screw driver and pry the rubber bushings away from their mounts just enough to see in between. If there are rocks in there use needle nose pliers to get them out. This solved my front end squeak problem
