Squeaking over bumps

Default Squeaking over bumps

So while remodeling a bathroom today I noticed my shocks have become increasingly squeaky over bumps. OEM ranchos with 100K on them. Once they start doing that is it pretty much safe to say they are done? or could it just be bad shock bushings...

Thanks Tackle, Anything you'd recommend for these trucks? I was looking at skyjacker m95s but now I'm looking at Bilstein's
