Default Squeaking

Hi I'm new to f-150 forums but I recently got a 2002 F-150, love my truck but there's a problem.
Every time I am in reverse and start to back up there's this squeaking sound in the rear. Anyone have any suggestions on getting it to stop?

Shocks and bushings in good shape?

Brakes?

Doesn't occur in drive?

PBlaster on anything you think it could be until it goes away.
