Default springs

Hello, a friend of mine said I could change over springs from my f150 to ones from a f250 and it would sit higher? Is that even possible and would it work?

The rear springs would interchange from an F250 light duty from 97-98... Which is basically in short an F150 with a higher GVW...

Yeah it would sit a bit higher and be able to hold a bit more weight and ride a bit stiffer...

But not from a regular F250... Those springs are 3" wide so they won't fit in your 2.5" hangers and I'm sure the center pin and spring length would be different as well though I haven't measured...
