I have 34's on my 2000 and they displace a fair auld amount of water. Whenever I hit a puddle with any kind of force, one of the belts'll start screeching intermittently. Would there have been any kind of splash guard (or some other plate) that should be there that's not in order to prevent such? If I look from behind the radiator downwards, it's a straight shot to the ground with no kind of guard or anything.
