I have a 2002 f150 4x2. I currently have a 2" leveling kit on it and i have a 3.5 spindle lift to put on it. Can i fit the spindle lift on it along with the leveling kit without needing to buy any more after market parts such as control arms, etc.

You should be fine with your new spindles because they only drop the shaft/rotor mounting location on the spindle 3.5" so the 2" spacer will just add to that 3.5"

also what should i do about lifting the back so it's level with the front again after i get the spidle lift on. I already have the 2" blocks on the back. But what should i do to get more lift in the back since i would then have 5.5 inches of lift in the front and only 2 inches of lift in the back

you could do an Add A Leaf, or just get a 4 inch block for the rear

i think i will be going with the spindle lift as well as the coil spring spacers in the front and a 4 inch block in the back. What do you guys think would be the best tire size for this combo and do you think i would need to buy after market rims

I would stick with 305/70/16( come to like a 34x12.5) , I'm clearing them with just the leveling kit but everything I've read recommend that size with the spindle and level.
