Speedometer W/Tach installation

I picked up a used speedo w/tach and installed it. Now the truck will not start due to the theft system. How do i fix this problem ?

To use the cluster you bought, you will have to have the truck taken to a Ford dealership and they will have to program the new cluster to the PATS system. It used to be a plug and play thing, but after the 1998 model year, no longer.
