Speedometer is off HELP!
Alright so my truck has a 3 in lift and the speedometer is 5mph off and i would love it if there is a way to i guess reset the speedometer so it would read normal! If there is no way to do this just tell me please im new to working on trucks

It's probably not the lift that messed up your speedo, but the tire size. I have an Edge CS tuner. It allows you to enter the tire size and the gear ratio and download that to the ECU. That corrected the problem on my truck. Helped with the power and the MPG too.

^+!. The speedo is fed from the PCM, which has stock tire size pre-programmed. A tuner is the way to go (there are many choices, however, some do NOT have the facility to change tire size or perform any other "custom" tune). Alternative would be to go to a dealer. I'd go with a good tuner - since there are more things you can change.
