so last night i hop in my truck and crank it up to find one of the light bulbs behind the instrament cluster burnt out....anyone know how to get back there to change it?? and more importantly, where do i get such a bulb

You will have to take cluster out from the front! The bulb socket is in the back, Its not that bad to do, Thats how we did it to change our lights to blue LEDs!

 

Where did you get the led bulbs? I want to change mine.

I just did this and its pretty straightforward except the removal of the headlight switch...which can be tricky. It either comes right away or you have to work it.
