When my truck has been sitting for a week without the radio on when I turn it on some of the speakers don't work but after 20 sec or so they start working it's the 6 disc in the supercrew has anyone else had this issue if so how do you fix it?

It's the head or aux player itself that is causing the problem, not the speakers per se. The Clarion and Audiovox 6 disc units that sit behind the seat or in the console are literally garbage. I had one in a Taurus, 3 in F150's and 1 in a Lincoln. All were junk. JMO, but I'm sure if you ask around, more guys have had to rip them apart to get their CD's back than those who didn't. lol. Just my observation and experiences.

Just got around to looking at my CD player turns out the PO put 3 CD's in at 1 time that's why it's broken.

Get a nice Pioneer touchscreen for $350. Sounds way better than stock, plus you have Pandora, backup camera, bluetooth, DVD, USB, etc etc. Then save some $$ for some decent 6"x8" replacement speakers.

Or buy an OEM Ford 6-disk indash changer for $120 on eBay.

Or go lease a new hyundai with a warranty.

In a completely unrelated thought, I have to stop reading this forum.
