Default Spark Plugs

I just bought some Autolite Double Platniums. Anyone else running these, or have a better spark plug option?

I bought some new plugs for my '02 5.4. A guy at Jasper engines warned me the stock plugs would probs pull the threads with them, causing expensive head repair. Anybody had this problem?
TIA,
Mark

I have heard the same thing quite a few times. I had one come loose a while back, and it threaded right back in
