spark plugs

any body ever changed spark plugs on an 01 5.4? the fuel rail is in the way and im scarred to death im gonna bust one of those injectors, and from what i understand they are not cheap! help me!

You should be able to work around the fuel rails. If not, the rails come off safely enough. Put some vaseline on the top and bottom O rings on the injectors and bolt it back down.
