Default spark plugs

Okay, i have searched and found most of my answers, i know im going to go with motorcraft plugs, and read that the gap is around .054. only question left that i havent found the answer for, is can someone tell me what i should torque them down to? i dont have a manual for my truck. its a 1997 4.6

28' lbs. You don't go buy the the manuals specs. Manual spec is 11-15' lbs. That's too light for these heads and chamber threads, they come back out on yuh. So 28' lbs, that way they'll retain their value...or stay tight.
