Default Spark Plugs

I have an 03 f150 and used to have problems with water getting in my spark plugs everytime it rained. I finally went to some professionals and had them fix all my spark plugs/boots etc. instead of my dad and I fixing it everytime and ever since they fixed the problem I haven't had a problem with water getting in my spark plugs since. My question is, do all trucks similar to mine have the same problem? Even the 4wd? Now everytime it rains I go slow as hell through the areas where it is deep and am just tired of seeing these cars pass me because I am afraid of this problem to start happening again. Any advice to have this problem completely fixed and not have to worry about it ever again would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I use dielectric grease on the boots to help seal out dirt and water around COP.
