Default spark plugs

so last january my truck was misfiring and i shot it down to the stock spark plugs needing to be replaced, figured that out after replacing the coil pack that the code reader said was bad (which it wasnt). since then it got driven very little because i was on cruise and my wife didnt want to drive it. but now these last two mornings it has been missing again but it only does it for about the first mile of my morning 10 mile commute. and it only does it in the morning. the ses light did come on the first day it did it just before i got to work. now i havent pulled out the code reader cause im pretty sure its the spark plugs again cause i was low on cash and bought the cheapest ones. this time i spent some money and got the E3 spark plugs (just shy of $60) has anyone ever used these? or does anyone think it might be something else? ill post up the codes it has tomorrow when i check them.
Thanks, David

so it popped a p1450 code and that has to do with the evaporation canister pressure or something like that and people were saying that the culprit is a clogged line somewhere back there. so i took the line off and the little filter box? and dumped out a bunch of sand and rocks so hopefully that fixes it. havent checked yet cause im in the middle of changing out spark plugs, and im sure most of you know how long that takes lol
