Default Spark plug question

So I am currently prepping to change plugs on my 1999 f150 with a 5.4. I found some old plugs brand new in the box from my old man's old 2001 with the 4.6....the plugs in the box are Motorcraft SP-493's...will those fit in my 5.4?

If not please advise me on what the best ones are and what best torque specs and gap should be...thanks guys!

The plugs you have are 4.6. The heat range is different from the 5.4 plug. SP405 or SP479 for your truck. The torque is 28#.
