Default Spark plug change question

im in the middle of changing my spark plugs right now. everything is going smooth except I cannot for the life of me figure out a setup to get to the COP bolt on the second to last plug on the driver side. I've heard a lot of people say they do it without taking off the fuel rail and I would rather not take it off. Can any1 tell me how they get that bolt off?

7mm wrench and a lot of patience works but takes some time and some hand cramping.

7mm swivel socket works well too with a long 1/4" drive extension.

not a 7mm socket and an extension. . . . a 7mm with the extension built right into it. snap on sells them or i am sure you could get one at a local auto parts store.

I used a wrench when I did mine for number 7. It took me 30 min to get that cop out. Left the fuel rails on though.

Well in the meantime I changed cylinders 3 and 4, so I have new plugs and coils on cylinders 1-6. Have some plans so I'm going to park my truck and save the last two on the driver side for tomorrow morning.

But I couldn't believe how bad my cylinder #4 coil and plug were.....

Fuel rail takes 2 seconds to remove....why dont you want to take it off?

Don't feel like dealing with injectors breaking/cracking/falling apart, losing the o rings, etc etc. Just an unnecessary step that can potentially cause extra problems
