Spark Plug Boots

I am having trouble removing the spark plug boots on my 1998 ford f150 triton v8 4.6 Can anybody help me

use your man hands, it takes a good pull if there old. try twisting a bit, not to much or else the boot might break.

Spray some Wd-40 or similar and let it sit for a bit.
