Default spark plug blow out

this morning driving to school my check engine light started blinking and i turned down music and heard a noise like a BAD exhaust leak. like the manifold was broken off. so i pulled off the road and found the plug, and coil pack on the left side of the engine (when standing at the front of vehicle) 2nd one back i believe was blown out. what the hell. i just replaced all the plugs about 5 to 6 months ago becuase of a misfire issue.

Did you torque them down to 28-30 ft/lbs? The OE torque spec is way to low, which causes them to blow out.

Good luck with that kit and I heard that the V10s shoot them through the hood LOl I don't know if that's true or not. My 97 F250LD would do that quite often and the mechanic was using helicoils on that to fix it. I don't know if it was because it was the first year for them of they were over tightened. I would go to 28ft/lbs cause I don't trust the aluminum.

Grease on the threads of tap will help with keeping the shaving out too.
