Default is that sound normal?

in the Morning,
It is in the first 5-10 Seconds after Starting.
when i start the Engine, it sounds like the Visco-Clutch of the Fan ist engaged.
So that the Fan turns with Engine Speed without slip.
( i know such a sound from a Mercedes, with defective Visco-Clutch, but at this Car, this sound is permanent, and Engine speed depended)
after a time (5-10seconds, the sound is away)

or is it coming from the Gear, (in that time, in which the Oil is just not at that places it should be)
Transmission fluid, is new, and full
could that be?
