Default Slight bogg when getting started

My truck has done this since day one dont know if its suppose to though...
When i first start going if i put my foot down it seems to bog downuntil about 3200 rpms my speed increase and the rpms go up but it seems sluggish. Any ideas?

I have a k&N cold air and exhaust not sure if that matters.

Ive got the same problems in lower gears on both of our trucks. I figured it was Ford's powerband, but I kinda hope that isnt true.

Is yours doing it in gears higher than first or second?

You shouldnt have to regear with 33s. have you replaced your spark plugs, cleaned air filter, replaced fuel filter?
