I'd give up a little ground clearance for that full of a skid plate. I wish some company would make it for our trucks

Many of my workmates fab their own boltup undercarriages, usually from 3/8" steel and channel iron.

It helps alot when you don't see that stump in the snow.

I saw someone on here was making skid plates for the newer model trucks, someone needs show some love to the older generation

I saw that Skyjacker makes a skid plate but it's only for the front from the tow hooks to that front crossmember

I think you have to use the lift too
