i have a 03 f150 supercrew 4x4 with 102000 on it and my damn six disc cd player quit working and it has three discs stuck in it. it says cd error ,or bad disc when you try to use it . when u press eject it says ejecting error can any body help before i really break it

 

I've heard of guys removing the fuse or battery cable for a short time and then reconnecting it and it works again.
