I have a straight pipe si/do exhaust system on my truck right now and its not as loud as i thought it would be and i would like to get it a little louder with out taking the cats off but if it comes down to it i will but before i mess with the cats will changing it from si/do to true dual make it louder/deeper or change the sound at all? i would also like to see the sound a little deeper.

 

Yes that I have a 5.4 with side pipes and it made it so much louder
